FACILITY/GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
- We are looking for a motivated team member to perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and development of the resort and marina infrastructure, including but not limited to equipment, grounds, buildings, and roads, as well as other tasks assigned. A successful maintenance tech will ensure that work is performed safely, accurately and efficiently. The right candidate will be eager to deliver superior customer service. We may teach a dependable, enthusiastic candidate in areas where they have no experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Equipment repairs and maintenance
· Dock repairs and maintenance
· Building repairs and maintenance
· Roadway/parking lot repairs and maintenance
· Lawn care
· Trash/debris collection and disposal
· Boat lift service and installation
· Provide support to ensure customer service and efficient operations of the business
· Maintain business confidentiality
· Other tasks, as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
· Mechanical experience, preferred
· Welding, preferred
· Ability to perform accurate record keeping
· Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· High school degree or equivalent
