Rule & Regulations of Newberry Creek Resort & Marina

Quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am

Loud, lewd or obscene behavior will not be tolerated at any time.

Newberry Creek Resort & Marina  reserves the right to control and prevent access to the Park by all persons without discrimination deemed undesirable in discretion and to eject from the Park any persons who become objectionable, create a disturbance or cause a disturbance or cause a nuisance to the detriment of other Park users. 

NO fishing is allowed on walkways or in the fish cleaning area.

All vehicles must display a valid day or annul access pass.

All vehicles must be street legal with a licensed driver and will be driven only on established roads in the park.  Speed limit in the park is 15 mph. All Oklahoma Vehicle laws will be enforced. Speed limit signs will be enforced for the safety of the Park users.

Daily Passes are $5.00 per day, per person

Annual Access Passes $50.00

NO swimming within 150 feet of the docks. Swim at your own risk!

Life jackets must be worn at ALL times by children under 12 years of age while aboard a boat or while swimming according to Oklahoma State Law as well as the Oklahoma Department of Safety.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times.

Boat owners must have valid/current proof of insurance on all vehicles. Only the number of registered guests per boat slip & RV rentals may use these facilities. Guest of Customers are required to obtain a daily access pass.  Boat slip customers are allowed to fish from their own slips. 

Guests shall not cut down any living trees. There shall be no commercial business conducted in the Park. No blocking any established roads or alleys. 

All roads and alleys must be kept open for fire, safety and service vehicles at all times. 

RV site rental check in time is 1:00 pm or after. Check out time is 12:00 pm or customer will be charged for another day.

There will be no unsupervised open fires in the Park.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and not left unattended.

Please place all trash in garbage bags, tie the bag and place in trash container (EPA forbids disposal of any hazardous materials on this property such as oil, oil filters, oil cans, batteries, etc.

Fireworks are prohibited on U.S. Corps Land and withing Newberry Creek Resort and Marina. The use of firearms, BB guns, bow and arrows, slingshots or any other type of weapon are prohibited in the park.

No washing of vehicles.
